Audrey PULVAR was born in Martinique on 21/02/1972.
She starts her career in Paris in 1992 in the field of professional press, while finishing her studies at the Ecole Supérieure de Journalisme de Paris (Superior School of Journalism of Paris), from which she graduates top of her year in 1994. She is a videojournalist from 1994 till 1997 in Martinique. She becomes Editor-in-Chief and then head of Information of the TV channel Antilles Télévision in 1997. She occupies this position until 2002.
Back in Paris in 2002, Audrey PULVAR mainly worked, until 2017, as a political journalist and/or in management positions, in about fifteen French national media, in radio, television and print, among which we can count France 3, France 2, France Inter but also the Canal Plus group and the magazine Les Inrockuptibles. Since December 2017, she hosts a weekly show dedicated to cinema and those who create it, on the online platform e-cinema.com.
Having always been a feminist activist, she is the author of several publications :

On June 28th, 2017, she was elected President of the Fondation pour la Nature et l’Homme (French Foundation for the Nature and the Human), previously directed by Nicolas Hulot.
