Pierre Schoeller

Pierre Schoeller graduated from the Ecole Louis Lumière. After workings for several years as a scriptwriter, he directed his first fiction for Arte, Zero Défaut. He then made his first feature film Versailles, with Guillaume Depardieu and Judith Chemla. This was followed by L’Exercice de l’État with Olivier Gourmet and Michel Blanc and Les Anonymes  a Canal Plus fiction. He devoted many years to a film on the French Revolution, Un Peuple et son Roi. His next feature film will be Rembrandt.
